Refund policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me at shop@julihill.art immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will do my best to resolve the issue quickly.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receipt. Return shipping (and insurance, if necessary) must be paid for by the buyer. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Once I receive your return in acceptable condition, I can issue full store credit for use on another item or refund your payment minus a 15% restocking fee.
